ConsultationA consultation may be required prior to the purchase of a treatment. There is no commitment to buy a treatment during or after consultation. Please make us aware of any medical conditions during your consultation to ensure we can carry out treatments in a safe manner. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if you require a doctor’s letter, or if we feel it is unsafe to carry out the treatment.

CancellationsCancellations can be made by phone, email or in person at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be grateful if you could be sure to do so, as soon as you know, to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service to all of our patients. Failure to attend, cancel or rearrange with 48 hour’s notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment. Failure to not arrive for an appointment without notifying reception will result in complete loss of the treatment from your prepaid treatment plan if you have one. Please arrive on time for your appointment or at least 5 minutes in advance if you have paperwork that needs to be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Studio 12 Aesthetics and Skin Clinic will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Deposits and PaymentsCredit card details, deposits and payments To secure an appointment with Studio 12 Aesthetics and Skin Clinic a deposit is required. For an appointment a deposit of £30 will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment. Your deposit will then be deducted from you mr treatment cost on the day. Deposits are non refundable. In the event of timely cancellation, deposits can be used to for rebooking your treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity Studio 12 reserves the right to withhold the deposit. These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing package of treatment.

Treatments DisclaimerWe achieve significant results on many cases and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. However client's results may vary from person to person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up and response, diet, and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.

Courses of TreatmentAll treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. Prepaid treatments and treatment plans are strictly non-refundable. In cases of a change in suitability a credit note or gift voucher will be offered. Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you as a credit on account. Cancelled treatments will not be refunded as cash.

Special OffersSpecial Offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounted pricing quotes are valid until stated on offer.

Treatment SuitabilityWe will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable. Studio 12 reserves the right to refuse treatment if the practitioner deems the client unsuitable at any stage.

Patient DeclinationWe reserve the right to decline treatment for a patient if it is deemed unsuitable or for other valid reasons. Our primary concern is the well-being of our patients, and we strive to ensure that everyone receives the most appropriate and beneficial care.

LiabilityStudio 12 Aesthetics and Skin Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Studio 12 with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Studio 12 will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Studio 12 Aesthetics and Skin Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Studio 12 liability for any personal injury resulting from Studio 13 negligence.

Law and JurisdictionThese terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Gift VouchersGift vouchers can be used as full or part payment for any service. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and the full value of the card must be used prior to its expiry date. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Please keep your gift voucher code to hand.

ChildrenWe regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the reception area. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment room at any time.

PetsAs with our children policy, we also have a no pet policy. This is excluding service dogs.

Retail Product PurchasesFor hygiene and safety reasons products purchased are non refundable. This does not effect your statutory rights. For hygiene and safety reasons opened products cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, retail items can be returned within 28 days of purchase.

EventsBy purchasing a ticket or attending our events you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website. PERFORMANCE & VENUE * The Giving Back Gala reserves the right to modify the programme, schedule or line up of any event without notice. * This event is photographed and filmed, and the photographs and footage may be used in publicity materials and on social media. If you do not wish for your image to be used in future publicity materials, please make us aware of this when at the concert. * You are liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, liability, actions, demands or proceedings, including personal injury arising in relation to or in connection with your own person, behaviour or personal property. * Smoking is allowed onsite, there will be a designated smoking area. * You can not bring your own food or drink. * Parking will be available onsite free of charge for those staying at the venue and there will be a ticket machine in the reception area to check out when leaving. * By purchasing a ticket, or attending one of our events, you and your party members agree to adhere to any public health safety measures in place at the event. Anybody not adhering to the safety measures will be asked to leave. BOOKING & TICKETS * Wix are the appointed ticket sale website and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check and read the terms and conditions before purchase. * If you no longer need your Giving Back Gala ticket, please get in touch and we will do our best to resell it. * We are unable to verify any tickets sold privately through social media or other means, and we reserve the right to delete posts and/or ban users attempting to buy or sell tickets on our social media pages. * Only tickets purchased through our approved website are valid for entry. * Tickets sold via unauthorised sites will not be valid for entry. * Entrance will only be permitted when a valid ticket is shown. * This is an over 18s event. * All online bookings will incur a booking fee per ticket. * Tickets will be received via email upon completion of purchase and will come from Studio 12 Aesthetics. * Tickets can be purchased online up until they are sold out or two weeks prior to the event. * It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check their tickets and booking confirmation and inform us of any errors that need to be amended. REFUND POLICY * We operate a no refund policy on all purchased tickets to the Giving Back Gala. * Misplaced or lost tickets can be re-sent to the original purchaser, please contact us if needed. CANCELLATION * Giving Back Gala reserve the right to cancel any of their events. A notice of cancellation will be posted on our website and emailed to ticket purchasers. * In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled, refunds may be offered for tickets purchased. In these circumstances, ticket holders will need to apply for a refund within the specified time frame, set out in the cancellation notice. An administration fee will apply. * Giving Back Gala has no liability if it is prevented from, or delayed in, providing the event by a Force Majeure Event that is outside the reasonable control of us and includes any event due to natural causes including strikes, lock-out or other industrial disputes, act of God, pandemic, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or regulation, fire, flood or storm. * In the circumstances that an event has to be cancelled, we reserve the right to reschedule the event to an alternative date and/or location. A notice of postponement will be posted on our website and emailed to ticket purchasers. Ticket purchasers will have their tickets transferred to the new date/location. If they do not wish to attend the event on the new date, they may apply for a refund within the specified timeframe in the postponement notice. An administration fee will apply for refund application. LIABILITY * You are liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, liability, actions, demands or proceedings, including personal injury arising in relation to or in connection with your own person, behaviour or personal property. * These terms are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
